Last Tuesday, December 5, and with more than 400 guests, we closed the year with a unique event in one of our emblematic and most important projects: El Paseo de la Cisterna. 

With the presence of clients, owners and suppliers, we celebrated with them and our entire team the closing of a year full of great achievements in sales, completion of projects, launch of new developments and mainly having obtained the First Prize for “Best intervention in the Historical Case”, the award granted by the SCA (Central Society of Architects next to the Historic Center) in the category “Enhancement of the Archaeological Heritage” 2023 edition of the City of Buenos Aires.

“In these many years of real estate developments I never thought that Estudio Kohon would reach so much. Construction is a craftsmanship. We must value all the people who work in construction, they are true professionals in each specialty, said Engineer José Kohon, founder and leader of the company.

We take all the works for what they are: an artisanal work, where the criteria, the varieties, the particularities also play a role. Sometimes the lack of materials and sometimes also “circumstances”. I am not going to describe them since they appear and disappear according to the times,” engineer José Kohon commented excitedly in his speech. “My recognition goes to all of them who make Studio Kohon able to do work with greater security and confidence every day,” he highlighted.

Without a doubt, the place chosen for the celebration was of great importance.

Recently awarded, all guests were able to discover this unique space full of history in the City of Buenos Aires.
